Happy May Day, bonny fellows!

As none of you needs telling, the demise of winter at the (forever bloodstained?) hands of spring has been, throughout history, cause for much festivity. This year shall be no exception! So come over and join us this Saturday, as we celebrate the remission of our seasonal affective disorders with an evening of traditional, merry, and somewhat debauched vernal revelry!

Just so that nobody fears that grave issues might fall beneath my radar in these hectic times, be rassured that when Fluff Mode is over (in about two weeks) I will be posting extensively on the nature of and consequences of the Pumpkins reunification.

– WEEKEND – It was a lovely weekend, despite end-of-the-semester stress. Friday feels like so long ago that I can scarcely remember. Oh yes; on Thursday I’d finished Invisible Cities by Calvino. I spent most of Friday, then, working on my report for Shelley, version #1, but I also cleaned and exercised and so forth.

– YESTERDAY – It was a day. I started and finished Calvino’s Invisible Cities, which was great fun, (especially being able to rank the cities and decide which would be best to live in). I spent two hours at Tillie’s and later that night, Jess and I watched the O.C.,

– TWELVE DAYS TO SCAVHUNT.

– YESTERDAY – It was a day.

– WEATHER – The cold front that has made California to wet and unpleasant these last few days has moved east over Arizona and New Mexico, bring a threat of hale and thunderstorm.

– FIRST – Feast Your Eyes Upon This. It is a sight for sore eyes.

– YESTERDAY – Smooth. Worked all day, went to church, went home, finished reading La Maison de Rendezvous. Then, bed.

– WEATHER – Seeing the sun out and assuming it would be warm, I left my coat at home.
