– South Side St. Patrick’s Day Parade Sunday 3/13, noon, on Western from 103rd to 115th. Go. It’ll be cooler.
– AccuWeather insists that the wind and snow and cold Canadian air will keep cutting through the East and Widwest. There’s a line running through the plains states. On the other side? Blue skies and balmy breezes and a quiet, warm sun. Stay in. It’ll be cold.
